Automation Engineer

Requirements : Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or Telecome Engineering. Previous experience in telecom operations or network engineering, with a strong focus on Python automation. Proficiency in Python scripting and coding, with experience in automation libraries and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Paramiko, Netmiko).Solid understanding of telecom protocols and network technologies, including TCP/IP, SNMP, BGP, MPLS, and VOIP. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network automation issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams. Certifications in automation, Python, or relevant telecom areas (e.g., Python Network Programming, CCNA, or equivalent) are advantageous. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement automation solutions for optimizing and streamlining telecom network operations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of telecom technologies and a proven track record in Python automation. Responsibilities: Python Scripting: Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools to streamline telecom network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes. Telecom Network Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Python-based automation solutions into the existing telecom network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and other network elements. Automation Frameworks: Utilize automation frameworks, libraries, and third-party tools to accelerate automation development and enhance code reusability. Network Monitoring: Implement Python-based monitoring and reporting solutions to track network performance, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights. Testing and Validation: Rigorously test and validate automation scripts and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization. Continuously refine and improve these solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, codebase, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and troubleshooting ease. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve automation-related issues, including identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with network engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging telecom technologies, automation trends, and best practices to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Automated Operations Engineer

Requirements : Graduated from Communication Engineering. Preferred Universities: Cairo, Ain Shams, Benha, Nile, Helwan, Modern, AUC, GUC, BUE, CIC, MUST, AASTMT. Good knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture. Good command of English (writing & speaking). Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook). Work under pressure/Motivated/Team player/Good communication skills/Accountable/Understand customer needs /Change agent/Winning spirit Military service is postponed or exempted. CCNA is a plus. Any programming language is a plus.
Experience Level : 0-3 years of experience in the telecom field. Fresh graduates (Male/Female) are welcomed.
Description : Conduct post incident review to analyze the problem & lessons learnt. Identify root cause of the problem. Identify corrective actions and recommend the changes. Contribute to develop and maintain good record of problems, root cause and solution details. Identify and records risks in the network and track them till closure. Participate in internal technical discussions to improve overall network performance and recommend improvements. Analyze and validate the network performance reports & prepare action plan for network improvement. Perform Outage report analysis in details. Perform Alarm, TT correlations to resolve the chronic issues in the network.

Domain Support Specialist (IM)

Description : Emergency and Incident Management prevents or minimizes the impact of incidents, by investigating possible reoccurrences, classifying problems, working out and distributing preventive actions, and tracking the actionable. Emergency Management needs to lead, plan, drive and communicate actions towards an effective recovery. Improving of emergency support services and coaching others come at higher job stages. Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate the engaged team toward recovery of service in shortest possible lead times and best customer experience - Retain regular, clear and concise sharing of progress and information during event handling via all communication forums - Initiate technical escalations when required to protect Ericsson and/or customer interests - Remain available at all times during the designated shift and/or roster period - Act as a contact point for all departments involved in the restoration of an incident - During Emergency recovery trigger the Problem Management process if reoccurring incident is suspected - Adhere to Emergency Handling processes - Manage Incident progress and resolution communication throughout lifecycle of Incident to all internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure Incident management activities are dealt with in a controlled and balanced manner with emphasis on restoring impacted customer services as quickly as possible. - Ensure major incident reporting is completed and submitted to management within twenty fours of any major incident occurring on the network.
